Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business owner and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Create user personas, user journeys and site maps
- Create wireframes and prototypes using specialist tools such as Sketch, InVision, Flinto and Axure, as well as the Adobe product suite.
- conduct remote and on-site usability testing with real users to ensure the end-product design provides users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and engagement
- Helping build, define, and innovate a visual identity system—managing brand consistency across all touch-points in the customer journey through helping craft design specifications, standards, style guides, toolkits, and processes.
